Casitaliafurniture is made with raw materials supplied exclusively by Italian companies.

Transport
The transport will take place at street level throughout Italy.
Deliveries are made by articulated trucks. For non-accessible addresses, such as roads not passable by TIR, ZTL, historical centers, etc.. or for deliveries in the apartment, the furniture will be delivered at home by companies specializing in removals borne by the customer. Please communicate in advance any problems related to the delivery, so that we can better organize the transport and reduce as much as possible the additional costs.
We use the appropriate packaging to ensure the integrity of the items during transport.
Responsability
Casitalia S.r.l. does not assume any responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as non-delivery by couriers, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract within the agreed time.
Casitalia Srl will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, as the consumer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid.
Guarantees and methods of assistance
Casitalia Srl produces and sells high quality products for which it offers a guarantee of 24 months from the date of purchase.
In order to allow Casitalia S.r.l.’s personnel to correctly fulfill their duties, the customer must request the return of the product by contacting Casitalia by telephone on 0835 1825294.
In any case, the reference regulations and the methods of application of the warranty are those indicated and highlighted by the manufacturer in its certificate, always attached to the product.
The consumer is protected by Legislative Decree 24/2002. 24/2002.

Provision and processing of personal data
Personal data are collected for the purpose of registering the customer and activate the procedures for the execution of this contract and the necessary communications, such data are processed electronically in accordance with the laws and can be produced only at the request of the judicial authority or other authorities authorized by law.
Personal data will be communicated to subjects delegated to carry out the necessary activities for the execution of the contract and disseminated exclusively for that purpose.
The interested party enjoys the rights of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), namely:
- to ask for confirmation of the existence at Casitalia S.r.l. of one’s personal data;
- to know their origin, logic and purpose of their treatment;
- to obtain their updating, rectification and integration;
- to request their cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking in case of unlawful processing;
to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons or in case of use of data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication.
