Purchases made on Casitalia are safe and guaranteed and you can choose between the different payment methods, all safe and certified, the one that is most convenient for you.

Payment Pick&Pay
If you prefer to pick up your products directly on site you can go to Via Appia Ancient KM 13.5 SN Jesce Industrial Zone – 75100 – Matera (MT) choosing from the following payment methods with:
- Cash: We accept up to a maximum of 2,999.99 USD.
- Credit Cards or ATMs: The cards you can use are American Express, MasterCard , Visa, PagoBancomat, Postepay.
For prepaid orders– The goods will be delivered only if the order holder is the same one who makes the pick-up. The operator will then ask you to see an ID. If you do not have the order holder to collect, remember that you need to delegate and copy the identity documents of both.
Payment by credit card
In cases of credit card purchase, the Bank will only authorize the charge of the amount related to the purchase made. If you change your mind and decide to cancel the order or in any other case of termination of the contract, we will be asked by the Bank to cancel the transaction and you will be returned the committed amount. The time to release depends solely on the banking system and can reach their expected deadline (24th day from the date of authorisation).
Once the transaction has been cancelled, we cannot be held liable for delays and/or damage caused by the banking system. To protect your purchase, we may, in particular, request additional information or send copies of documents proving that the card used is the right thing to do. If you do not provide this information and/or copies, we reserve the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. For this reason, we cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on their site.
SSL Secure Payment System
A secure payment system, guaranteed by the VeySign certificate, is used to safeguard your privacy and security when you pay by credit card. Your credit card information is transmitted, via a secure secure connection in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, directly to Bank Sella, for authorization and debit. This means that we are not able, at any time of the purchase process and under any circumstances, to know personal information about the holder or the card number. We will only get the permission provided by the card manager. This procedure is absolutely safe and fully guarantees both the buyer and the seller BALAO.IT. The SSL encryption system ensures that no one can read the information sent over the Internet in any way.
Paypayment with PayPal
PayPal is a very simple, fast and reliable payment method that is increasingly popular on the web and allows you to buy without entering your credit card details on the site where you are shopping. Selecting the PayPal payment will redirect you to a page on the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment. In this case, your financial data will not be shared with us but will be managed directly by PayPal. If you cancel the order or for whatever reason we do not have to accept the payment, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. We will not be liable for delays and/or damage caused during the refund.
Payment in Flag
The payment in the card gives you the opportunity to pay the sum directly to the courier at the time of delivery. If the amount is less than 1,500.00 euros, the payment can be made in cash.
Payment by early bank transfer
If you decide to pay by early bank transfer, the order will only be taken over after receiving confirmation that the bank has been credited. The payment must take place within 7 days from the order date, once that deadline has been exceeded, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Remember that the reason for the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number, order date and first and last name of the customer.
