The shipment of the product
All products will be sent by express courier. The couriers with which you can make the shipment can be different and therefore vary depending on your area of residence.
Shipments are usually made with the following couriers
Casitalia S.r.l. reserves the right to apply, upon communication to the customer, a supplement for shipments that have as their destination the islands of Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands, the Venice Lagoon and the locations identified by couriers as uncomfortable, difficult and expensive to reach.
If you wish to receive the goods purchased in a foreign country, you must contact Casitalia to inquire about the additional rates applied on the shipment.
After receiving this communication, the customer is free to proceed and confirm or to renounce the purchase. Delivery times are usually 24/48 on products available in stock for mainland Italy, 48/72 hours for the islands and 5-6 working days for abroad. We are not responsible for any delivery delays by the courier. To facilitate deliveries, always add a telephone number. If the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please accept it with a RESERVE OF CONTROL.
